I. Call Meeting to Order/Roll Call
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic
Development Authority Together Elk River Sub-Committee was called to order
which included roll call at 10:03 a.m. by Jennifer Wagner.
2. Consent Agenda
Moved by Debbi Rydberg and seconded by Charlie Blesener to approve the
consent agenda. Motion carried 7-0.
3. Together Elk River Marketing Campaign
Downtown light poles; discussed the different prices of triangle vs. rectangle;the
group went with ordering 11 of each.
The Together Elk River ad ran in the Star News.
Debbi and Katie will contact businesses who have digital billboards to see if they
would like to volunteer their digital billboard to the TER ad campaign. Charlie will
check with the school district to see if this group can use their digital billboards.
Email signatures —the group discussed creating a TER email signature that all could
use.Jennifer will discuss with Cal to get more information etc. from the city's side.
Jennifer also discussed the creation of social media filters,which she is currently
working on.
The group discussed developing an online form for residents and business owners to
request a yard sign and/or a window cling.The form will be created, and requests
will be submitted to Colleen to track. DECA is still designing the signs and clings so
this should be ready to roll out next week.
The westbound permanent billboard has been installed and is located on Hwy 10 by -
Oliver Kelley Farm.
Amanda is'checking on the costs and specs for the two-side banner hangers for the
26 light poles located on Hwy 10.
Next meetings are schedule for:
a. Wednesday,May 20, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
b. Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
c. Friday,May 22, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.

Moved by Debbi Rydberg and seconded by Amanda Othoudt to adjourn the
meeting. Motion carried 7-0:
There being no further business,Jennifer Wagner adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River Economic Development Authority Together Elk River sub-committee at 10:42
a.m.
