Downtown Light poles;Amanda met with Marcy.from Streets to get a design layout
and specs for the Hwy 10 banners. There are 26 poles. She will get this information
to Jennifer. The cost of the banners without the "stitching" and grommets is $6.18
each to print double sided. Go out for bids?Jennifer is working on the design. Also
Amanda is working with streets and ERMU to order 11 triangle and 11 rectangle
banners for the downtown light poles. The specs of the banners the height can be
adjusted, however-we seem fit. The brackets are able to be moved up and down so
can be adjusted due to the size of the banners. There are two brackets on the poles
so no,flapping in the wind. Amanda got clarification that a sleeve will be used so the
banner can slide on and off. The Design Task Force should meet with ERMU on-
site to make sure the distance/height will work.
Email Signatures; the group discussed creating a TER email signature that all could
use.Jennifer will discuss with Cal to get more information etc. from the city's side.
Jennifer also discussed the creation of social media filters, which she is currently
working on. Discussed having various different formats of the TER logo to
download on the city's website, for all to use/access.
Online form(s); Colleen reported that three businesses submitted their businesses to
the business directory and two businesses have requested window decals.
Billboard/Digital Signage; The digital ones will run the same strong message for 6
weeks and the permanent one will need to be changed in 6 months. Incorporate a
"ALWAYS"within the content. Design Task Force will consult on this before the
next meeting.
Yard signs and Window decal; These are still in the design stage. Yard signs arriving
on Friday?
Star News Ad;The same ad will run again this week.
