I. Call Meeting to Order/Roll Call
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof;the meeting of the Elk River Economic
Development Authority Together Elk River Sub-Committee was called to order
which included roll call at 9:01 a.m. by Jennifer Wagner. -
2. Consent Agenda-
Motion by Charlie and seconded by-Kaylin to approve the June I, 2020
Together Elk River meeting minutes. Motion carried 6-0.
3. Together Elk River.Marketing Campaign
Window Decals,Yard Signs, and Stickers:The window decals and sticker were
delivered,we are still waiting on the yard signs.
Business Directory: Colleen sent a list to Jennifer,who will distribute.
Social media: The Design and Website Task Forces will create a promo plan and
post;real pic of the decal placed on Jennifer's vehicle.
Digital Billboard: The chamber will check with Cornerstone Auto to schedule a
photo op of their digital billboard to promote it on social media sites.
Banners: The Design Task Force continues to work on the different designs needed
for the triangle vs. rectangle sizes.
Potential news article:Jennifer scheduled a meeting with Jim Boyle from the Star
News to discuss an article highlighting the Together Elk River initiative.
Website: The group decided to reserve the domain name;TogetherElkRiver.org.
Motion by Jennifer and seconded by Amanda to have Kaylin purchase the
_TogetherElkRiver.org domain name for three°years. Motion carried 6-0.
Next meetings are schedule for:
a. Monday,June 8, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.

Moved by Amanda Othoudt and'seconded by Kaylin Clement to adjourn the
meeting. Motion carried 6-0.
There being no further business,Jennifer Wagner adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River Economic Development Authority Together Elk River sub-committee at 10:02
a.m.
