I. Call Meeting to Order/Roll Call
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic
Development-Authority Together Elk River Sub-Committee was called to order
which included roll call'at 9:03 a.m. by Jennifer Wagner.
2. Together Elk River Marketing Campaign
Window Decals,Yard Signs, and Stickers:Jennifer will be dropping off signs, decals
and stickers at city hall.
Business Directory: Colleen will update'the list of requests and email it to the group.
Motion by Jennifer and seconded by Debbi to spend TER funds to mail out
decals and stickers to residents who requested these items. Motion carried 6-
0:
Motion by Charlie and seconded by Kaylin to engage Sonja Wiler's DECA
students to distribute yard signs, update the business list and other duties as
assigned. Motion carried 6-0.
Banners:The Design Task Force shared a design of a banner from Portland. The
group liked the design. The Design Task Force will upload some local pictures to
Dropbox for the group to review.
Motion by Jennifer and seconded by Amanda to have Kaylin purchase the
TogetherElkRiver.org domain name for three years. Motion carried 6-0.
COVID-19 Recovery Coin:Jennifer shared and requested`feedback from the group
on this recovery idea.
Next meetings are schedule for:
a. Thursday,June 11, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.

Moved by DebbiRydberg and seconded by Amanda Othoudt to adjourn the
meeting. Motion carried 6-0.
There being no further business,Jennifer Wagner adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River Economic Development Authority Together Elk River sub-committee at 9:44
a.m.
