I. Call Meeting to Order/Roll Call

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic
Development Authority Together Elk River Sub-Committee was called to order
which included roll call at 9:06 a.m. by Jennifer Wagner. •
2. Consent Agenda
Motion by Charlie and seconded by Kaylin to approve the June 4, 2020
Meeting Minutes.and the June 8, 2020 Meeting Minutes. Motion
carried 7-0.
3. Together Elk River Marketing Campaign
Window Decals,Yard Signs, and Stickers:Jennifer dropped off yard signs, decals and
stickers at city hall and the chamber office. Colleen will upload the list of requests to
Dropbox. The group discussed sending a Thank You card with the various mailings.
Colleen and Kaylin will work on the verbiage. -
Business Directory: Colleen and Debbi will email Charlie their business lists. Charlie -
will manage the two DECA students,who will reach out to the businesses.
Banners:The Design Task Force uploaded some local pictures to Dropbox for the
group to review.
Digital Billboard: The chamber took a picture of Spikes digital billboard and will add
it to Dropbox.

Website: The Website Task Force will reach out the EDA web host to include the
TER logo on the Business Directory Submission page and add a link to the city's
TER page.
Next meetings are schedule for:
a. Monday,June 15, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
b. Monday,June 22, 2020 at 0:00 a.m.
c. Monday,June 29, 2020 at 9:00 a:m.
4. Adjournment
Moved by Colleen Eddy and seconded by Kaylin Clement to adjourn the
meeting. Motion carried 6-0.
There being no further business,Jennifer Wagner adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River Economic Development Authority Together Elk River sub-committee at 9:51
a.m.
