I. Call Meeting to Order/Roll Call
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic
Development Authority Together Elk River Sub-Committee was called to order
which included roll call at 9:01 a.m. by Jennifer Wagner.
2. Consent Agenda
Motion by Charlie and seconded by Kaylin to approve the June'I I,
2020 Meeting Minutes. Motion carried 7-0.
3. Together Elk River Marketing Campaign
Banners:The Design Task Force uploaded some banner designs into Dropbox for
the group to review. The Design Task Force will work with Kaylin to "stage"photos
to use on the Dine and Shop banners.
Window Decals,Yard Signs, and Stickers: Colleen will upload the list of requests to
Dropbox. Colleen and Kaylin confirmed the verbiage for the Thank You card which
will be included in the mailings.
Business Directory: Charlie reached out to the 2 DECA students. The Business List
and-the Request List will be uploaded to Dropbox for the 2 DECA students to
access.
Digital Billboard: The chamber took a picture of Spikes digital billboard and
uploaded it to Dropbox.
Next meetings are schedule for:
a. Monday,June 22, 2020 at 0:00 a.m.
b. Monday,June 29, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
4. Adjournment
Moved by Amanda Othoudt and seconded by Debbi Rydberg to adjourn the
meeting. Motion carried 7-0.
There being no further business,Jennifer Wagner adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River Economic Development Authority Together Elk River sub-committee at 9:44
a.m.
