Approve, by motion, the hiring of Megan Leeseberg into the position of Assistant Facility Supervisor
effective August 4, 2020.
Background/Discussion
With the approval of the Assistant Facility Supervisor position description, we would like to officially move
Megan Leeseberg from her temporary position into this regular position.
Megan has been working for the city since June 2017 in various positions including seasonal for recreation
and temporary for the Senior Activity Center. While assisting with programming this summer she has also
been helping to get the multipurpose facility up and running. Ms. Leeseberg has proven to be a valuable
employee. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in sports management.
Ms. Leeseberg will start at step A of paygrade 8E. All pay and benefits will be consistent with city policy.
Financial Impact
This position is included in the multipurpose facility staff plan.
