Approve, by motion, the termination of Dale Eckert effective August 3, 2020.
Background/Discussion
Wastewater Maintenance Mechanic Dale Eckert has been on multiple leaves of absences and has exhausted
his FMLA. With his absence, the wastewater division has been working shorthanded which has been
significantly challenging. In light of this, we have made the difficult decision to request the termination of
Mr. Eckert’s employment so we can bring the division back to full staff.
