I . Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council
was called to order at 9:26 p.m. by Mayor Dietz.
2. Closed Meeting — MN Statute Section 1313.03, subd. I (b)
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss land swap with Copart PID 75-603-0020.
3. Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Dietz adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River City Council at 9:35 p.m.
