RESOLUTION OF THE ELK RIVER PLANNING COMMISSION
CONCERNING THE ELK RIVER ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY'S DEVELOPMENT PROJECT PROPOSALS
WHEREAS, the proposals made by the Elk River Economic Development Authority to establish
its Development Project No. 1 (the"Project")and adopt the Development Program
for the Project to reflect public development and redevelopment costs and activities;
all pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.090 through 469.108, 469.001
through 469.047, and 469.124 through 469.134, respectively (collectively, the
"Plans"), have submitted to the Elk River Planning Commission (the
"Commission"); and
WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the Plans to determine the consistency of the Plans
with the Comprehensive Plan of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Elk River Planning Commission that the
Plans are consistent with the Elk River Comprehensive Plan and the Commission recommends
approval of the Plans to the Elk River City Council.
