Members Present: Chair John Dietz, Vice Chair Al Nadeau, Commissioners Paul Bell,
Mary Stewart, and Matt Westgaard

1.0 CALL MEETING TO ORDER
The special meeting of the Utilities Commission was called to order at 8:35 a.m. by Chair Dietz.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
2.0 BUSINESS ACTION
2.1 Interview Training
Ms. Englund conducted an interview training session with the Commission. The interview
questions were reviewed.
The Commission recessed at 9:45 a.m. for a break and reconvened at 9:55 a.m.
2.2 General Manager Interviews & Direction
The Commission interviewed two candidates for the General Manager position.
The first interview was conducted with Joseph Adams.
The Commission recessed at 11:30 a.m. for lunch and reconvened at 12:45 p.m.
The second interview was conducted with Gregory Drent.
After lengthy deliberation, the Commission had consensus to continue deliberation at the next
commission meeting.

3.0 ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chair Dietz adjourned the special meeting of the Utilities
Commission at 3:39 p.m.
