Stat. § 13D.021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Energy City Commission of the City of Elk River will hold its regular meeting on Wednesday, August 19, 2020, 8:00 a.m. at Elk River City Hall. In accordance with the requirements of Minn. Stat. Section 13D.021, Chair Tom Sagstetter has determined an in-person meeting is not practical or prudent because of the COVID-19 health pandemic declared under Chapter 12 of the Minnesota Statutes. Because of the COVID-19 health pandemic, it has been determined that attendance at the regular meeting location by members of the public is not feasible. Because of the COVID-19 health pandemic, it has been determined that physical presence at the regular meeting location by members of the Energy City Commission is not feasible. Therefore, some or allthe Energy City Commissionmembers may be participating by telephone or other electronic means. At least one commission member, the city administrator, or the city attorney, will be present at the regular meeting location. Members of the public may monitor the meeting by tuning in to ErTV Channel 180 or by visiting our website at https://www.elkrivermn.gov/WatchMeetings. Due to the COVID-19 emergency and the closure of city facilities, public comment will not be taken at the meeting. However, public comment on agenda items is encouraged by submitting written comment to Energy City Chair Tom Sagstetter at TSagstetter@ermumn.com prior to the meeting. Include “Public Comment” in the subject line, your full name and address and the agenda item you are speaking to. Note that all public comment is considered Public Data.
