CITY OF ELK RIVER
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 218.08 (9)(a)(9) OF THE CITY OF
ELK RIVER CODE OF ORDINANCE RELATED TO CONFLICT OF
INTEREST
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 218.08(9)(a)(9) of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances
is hereby repealed:
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and
after the sate of its publication.
