CITY OF ELK RIVER
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
ZONING MAP TO ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) TO
R~lC (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
CASE NO. ZC 94-14
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. The duly adopted Zoning Map of the City of Elk River is
hereby amended to zone the property described as:
See attached exhibit A
from PUD (planned Unit Development) to R-1c(Single.Family Residential) as
set for in attached Exhibit B.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after the date of its publication.

the City of Elk River.

EXHIBIT A
A strip of land 500.00 feet in width over that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 33, Range
26, Sherburne County, Minnesota, the Northerly line of which is described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the East line of the West Half of said Southeast Quarter and
the Southerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 10; thence Southerly, along said East line
of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 1320.00 feet to the actual point of
beginning of said line to be hereinafter described; thence Westerly, at right angles to said East line
of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter to the intersection with the West line of said Southeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and there terminating.
Ex.cept the East 660.00 feet of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter.
