Background/Discussion In November 2019, John Finch, 18047 Concord Street, expressed concerns with hunters and safety at Oxbow Park near the W. H. Houlton Conservation Area. Councilmember Christianson and Police Chief Nierenhausen walked through the park and noted the current signs are very small and may be misleading to visitors. Chief Nierenhausen also noted some discrepancies with city ordinance.
