DISCUSSION:
ERMU received its Minnesota Department of Revenue Sales and Use Tax Refund totaling
$24,672.37. This was the full amount that we requested on June 4.
Staff met with National Information Solutions Cooperative through WebEx to discuss
the list of Enhanced Divisionalized Accounting (EDA) and Non-EDA concerns/requests
we provided them in June. There was a lot of good discussion and we are looking
forward to some of the enhancements that will be made in the future.
The Accounting Department has started testing the Accounts Payable Workflow in
Accounting and Business Solutions. Testing has gone well, and the plan is to go live with
the process for some departmentsinearly September and have everybody up and

running by the end of the 3Quarter.
With the start of the school year, the Accounting Department will have one staff
member working remotely three days a week.
