Staff Update

DISCUSSION:
Staff continues to work with Kodet Architectural Group, Ltd. ondesign elements for the
new fieldservicesbuilding. Staff is also working with LandformProfessional Services,
LLC on acquiring the permits necessary to begin building.
Staff hada meetingwith T2 Utility Engineers, WSB Engineering, and MnDOT for the
upcoming Highway 169 Redefine project. Therewill be a lotof water and electric
infrastructure that will need to be adjusted or relocated. There is another meeting
scheduled for September 10.
Staff is assessing the Highway 10 reconstruction plans; this project is scheduled to begin
in April 2021.
Staff is working on the 2021 Capital Budgets. More details are provided in item 5.2 of
this packet.
