WORK SESSION A less structured meeting format to encourage city council deliberation while developing ideas, plans, and solutions. Work Sessions are held in the Upper Town Conference Room where the council and topic participants are seated at a round table. Residents and external organization representatives may only participate when invited to sit at the round table and after providing their name and address for the official record.
