CITY OF ELK RIVER
RESOLUTION 88 - 1
Relating to stop signs at Compact Intersection on S.A.P. 204-113-04 from
Trunk Highway 10 to Upland Avenue in the City of Elk River, Minnesota
THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 4th day of January, 1988, by the City of Elk
River in Sherburne County, Minnesota.
The Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called the "City",
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
the "City" has planned the improvement of MSAS 113 Main Street;
Trunk Highway 10 to Upland Avenue, and
the "City" will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the
improvement of this Street; and
WHEREAS,
this project has a compact intersection located at Tipton Avenue
and Main Street, and
.
WHEREAS,
signing of all legs of this intersection with stop signs is a
necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construction as a
Municipal State Aid project in the "City".
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED, that the "City" shall install and maintain
stop signs on all legs of the compact intersection.
