88-007 RES RESOLUTION 88 - ~ 4Il A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LICENSE RENEWAL WHEREAS, application has been made by Northern States Power (NSP) for a Solid Waste Facility License renewal under the provisions of Section 604.l4(2) of the City Code and; WHEREAS, NSP has complied with the conditions set forth in their license granted under Resolution 87-9 for NSP and; WHEREAS, all the conditions set forth in Section 604.14 of the City Code for renewal have been met; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota that the Solid Waste Facility License for Northern States Power (NSP) has been renewed for an additional two years under the same terms and conditions as the original license.
