4Il A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LICENSE RENEWAL
WHEREAS, application has been made by Northern States Power
(NSP) for a Solid Waste Facility License renewal under
the provisions of Section 604.l4(2) of the City
Code and;
WHEREAS, NSP has complied with the conditions set forth in
their license granted under Resolution 87-9 for NSP
and;
WHEREAS, all the conditions set forth in Section 604.14 of the
City Code for renewal have been met;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River, Minnesota that the Solid Waste Facility License for
Northern States Power (NSP) has been renewed for an additional
two years under the same terms and conditions as the original
license.

SOLID WASTE LICENSE RENEWAL
Elk River Resource Recovery Facility
This is Northern States Power Company's request for renewal of
the solid waste license for the above referenced facility. The
renewal is in accordance with Chapter IX, Section 604.14, of
the Elk River City Code. The following information is required
under this section of the, City Code:
1. There are no changes to the information originally submitted
in the original license application,
2. No solid waste was processed in the previous 24-month period,
and
3. The expected volume of solid waste to be)processed in the
