A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Authorizing the
Improvement of the Windsor Park 3rd Addition Sewer Extension Project
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 20-45 of the City Council adopted August 3, 2020,
fixed adate for a public hearing on the improvement of the Windsor Park 3`d Addition Sewer
Extension project. The improvements shall consist of a sanitary sewer extension from the
Great Northern Trail to the Windsor Park 3`d Addition along Ranch Road. The improvement
shall include gravity sanitary sewer, a lift station, and forcemain construction, and
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was
given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 8th day of September, 2020, at which all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota, as follows:
1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility
report.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed.
