RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE ADVANCE ENCUMBRANCE
FROM CITY LOCAL FUNDS TO CITY REGULAR ACCOUNT
WHEREAS. The City of Elk River has obtained the Commissioner's
approval of the plans for the fol lowing Municipal State-Aid Street
Proj ects:
M.S.A.S. No. 204-113-04
Located on Main Street between T.H. 10 and Upland Avenue
Consisting of Street and Storm Drainage Improvements
M.S.A.S. No. 204-101-01
Located on Proctor Avenue between T.H. 10 and Main Street
Consisting of Street and Storm Drainage Improvements
M.S.A.S. No. 204-104-02
Located on Jackson Avenue Between T.H. 10 and Main Street
Consisting of Street and Storm Drainage Improvements

AND. WHEREAS. said City is prepared to proceed with the
construction of said projects by providing local funds to
supplement the available funds in its Municipal State-Aid Street
Account.
WHEREAS. repayment of the funds so advanced by the municipality is
desired in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statues
162.24, Subdivision 6.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED: That the Commissioner of
Transportation be and is hereby requested to approve this basis
for financing and construction project and to authorize repayments
from the subsequest accruals to the Construction Account of
Municipal State-Aid Street Fund for said City within the
iimitations provided by law and at the times and in the amounts as
herein indicated:
On or after Feb. I, 1989 - $ 96.750 from 1989 Allotment
On or after Feb. I, 1990 - $ 7.500 from 1990 Allotment
CERTIFICATION
I, Patrick D. Klaers, duly appointed and qualified Clerk in and for the
City of Elk River, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the above is a
true and full copy of a resolution duly adopted by the City Council
assembled in regular session on the 22 day of February, 1988.
