I. Call Meeting to Order/Roll Call
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic
Development Authority Together Elk River Sub-Committee was called to order at
9:02 a.m. by Charlie Blesener.
2. Consent Agenda
Motion by Debbi and seconded by Colleen to approve the July 13, 2020
Meeting Minutes. Motion carried 6-0.
3. Together Elk River Marketing Campaign
TER Week: The week is August 23 -29t".The group suggested"TogetherElkRiver
Spirit Week" for the name. The chamber drafted a week at a glance with ideas for the
week. Kaylin and Katie will work on a social media campaign to hit the consumers
and the businesses. Charlie will work with Jennifer on the Star News article and
check on the cost of an ad.
Window Decals,Yard Signs, and Stickers: Requests are still coming in. The Chamber
Ambassadors delivered yard signs during their visits last week.

Coloring Page: The chamber has distributed these.
Banners:Two banners are being printed at the streets department for the group to
review before the final printing is confirmed.
Business Directory: The EDA discussed this at their special budget meeting and will
be discussing this at future meetings.
Next meetings are schedule for:
a. Monday,July 27, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
4. Adjournment
Moved by Amanda and seconded by Colleen to adjourn the meeting. Motion
carried 6-0.
There being no further business, Charlie Blesener adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River Economic Development Authority Together Elk River sub-committee at 9:45
a.m.
