Accept, by motion, the public improvements constructed with the plats of Miske Meadows 4 and 5 Additions.
Background/Discussion
The developer has completed the public improvements described in the development agreement for Miske Meadows
thth
4 and 5 Additions. Public improvements include streets, sidewalks, and utilities. The improvements have been
inspected by city staff, and it has been determined they meet the standards described in city codes and policies.
Council acceptance of the public improvements begins the two-year warranty period described in the development
agreement. Staff recommends formal acceptance as of August 10, 2020. The warranty period will expire on August 10,
2022.

Accepting public improvements transfers responsibility of long-term maintenance to the city.
