Action Requested
Approve, by motion, the rehiring of Kim Doglio to the position of Accountant effective October 5, 2020.
Background/Discussion
Kim Doglio started working for the city on November 12, 2019. Ms. Doglio resigned August 7, 2020, to go out of
state to tend to some family matters; not knowing the amount of time this would require. Ms. Doglio is now ready
to return. We have not posted for her position and are happy to welcome her back to our finance department.
Regarding pay and leave accrual, Ms. Doglio will begin where she left off with an adjustment for the time she has
been away. The annual date for her pay and leave increases will be adjusted based on her absence. Ms. Doglio will
be given the amount of sick leave she had in the bank when she left however, she was paid out for her vacation
leave so will return with no hours in her vacation bank. All other pay and benefits will be consistent with city
policy.

This is a budgeted position.
