Dear Mr. Jones,
On August 3, 2020, the city received your completed Conditional Use Permit application to operate
a tap room and continue brewery operations located at 19050 Industrial Blvd. NW. State Statute
requires a decision by the city within 60 days of a complete application. The Statute also allows the
city to extend the timeline an additional 60 days if necessary.
As of the date of this letter, the city has not received updated drawings and parking information to
review and prepare a staff report for the September 21, 2020, City Council meeting. The City is
extending the 60-day timeline to December 1, 2020.
We expect the City Council to review the Conditional Use permit on October 5, 2020.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Chris Leeseberg, Senior Planner
