State Statute requires a decision by the city within 60 days of a complete application. The Statute also allows the city to extend the timeline an additional 60 days if necessary. As of the date of this letter, the city has not received updated drawings and parking information to review and prepare a staff report for the September 21, 2020, City Council meeting. The City is extending the 60-day timeline to December 1, 2020. We expect the City Council to review the Conditional Use permit on October 5, 2020.
