A Resolution of the City of Etk River Housing and Redevelopment Authority
Establishing the Tax Levy for the Elk River Housing and Redevelopment
Authority for the City of Elk River, Minnesota
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.033, Subdivision 6, authodzes the Housing
and Redevelopment Authority to levy an amount not to exceed .0185 percent of the
estimated market value within the city to be used for housing and redevelopment purposes;
and,
WHEREAS, the Elk fuver Housing and Redevelopment Authority anticipates
expenditures tn2027 for various housing and redeveloPment activities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE lT RESOLYED by the City Council of the Crty of Elk
River, Minnesota, as follows: The Housing and Redevelopment Authotity requests the City
Council of the City of Elk fuver to levy a tax in the amount of $321,450 for the benefit of
the Authority to be used as provided by Minnesota Statutes.
