RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT
AND ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
IMPROVEMENT IN THE MATTER OF THE SCHOOL STREETIPROCTOR AVENUE
INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT OF 1990
WHEREAS, the feasibility Report ordered by the Council in
Resolution 90-07 has been prepared with reference to
the School Street Proctor Avenue Intersection
improvement and was received by the City on June 11,
1990; and,
WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report recommends the improvement of
CSAH 77 from T.H. 10 northerly to the "Y."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Elk River, Minnesota:
1. The City Council hereby, receives and accepts the
feasibility study.
2.
The City Administrator is directed to forward the
feasibility study to Sherburne County Board of
Commissioners with a request for the improvement
of Proctor Avenue.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 11th day
of June, 1990.
