VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
August 6, 1954
A special meeting was held at the Municipal Building on August 6, 1954 for the purpose of
considering application for beer license of Dorothy Loth.
A motion was made by Briggs and seconded by Meyer to reject the application for beer license of
Dorothy Loth. Carried.
