VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
October 10, 1955
A special meeting was held at the Municipal Building for the purpose of making the levy for 1956.
All members were present.
Levy:
General Fund 20 mills
Road & Bridge 15 mills
Poor Fund $750.00
Library Fund $2,000.00
Music Fund 2 mills
Utility Services 5 mills
Firemen’s Pension .1 mill
Motion for levy made by Dow and seconded by Bailey and carried.
Moved by Bailey and seconded by Meyer to accept assignment of franchise granted to Donovan Co.
Under ordinance No. 45 to north Central Public Service Co. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned.
