RESOLUTION 90 - 45
A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A PATHWAY PLAN AS AN ADDENDUM TO
THE CITY OF ELK RIVER'S 1988 GROWTH MANAGEMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk River identified
the need to establish a City Pathway plan which also
includes residential sidewalks; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer prepared a City pathway policy and
map; and,
WHEREAS, the Elk River Planning Commission held a pUblic
hearing regarding said pathway plan and gave
recommendation to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk River held public
hearing regarding said pathway plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Elk River, Minnesota that the pathway plan
presented to the City Council is adopted as an
addendum to City of Elk River's 1988 Growth
Management Plan.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River
this 17 day of September 1990.
