VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
June 17, 1957
Special meeting for the purpose of opening bids for the air conditioner for Municipal Liquor Store.
The following bids were received:
Dares Furniture Store, with trade in $1,595.00
Banke Electric, with trade in $1,225.00
Dgan & Reineccius, no trade in $1.532.00
Warren Hudson, no trade in $1,657.00
with trade in $1, 552.00
Robert Glidden, with trade in $1,675.00
Constroms Co., with trade in $1,690.00
All bids on file in the office of the village clerk.
After discussion and upon motion by Meyer and second by Sandberg the Council awarded the
contract to Banke Electric at $1,225.00
The council agreed to sell dirt from the village dump for .10 per yard.
Meeting adjourned.
