VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
March 10, 1958
A special meeting of the Elk River Village Council was held at the Village Hall on March 10, 1958.
All members present. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the making of a preliminary survey
regarding a sewage disposal system.
Mr. Carter and Mr. Lindsey of Lindsey, Carter and Associates were present.
A motion was made by Briggs and seconded by Bergeson to adopt a resolution authorizing the
Mayor and Clerk to sign a contract with Lindsey Carter and Associates for a preliminary survey for
sewage disposal plant.
Copy of contract on file, approved by John E. Mac Gibbon, Village Attorney.
The Mayor called for a roll call vote which resulted as follows:
Mayor – Yes
Bergeson – Yes
Sandberg – Yes
Briggs – Yes
Meeting adjourned.
