VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
August 19, 1958
The special meeting was held at the Village Hall on August 19, 1958 for the purpose of deciding on
the bid for the truck chassis for the fire equipment. Trustee Meyer acted as Mayor in the absence of
Mayor Johnson. All other members were present.
A motion was made by Bergerson and seconded by Sandberg to accept the bid of Nickerson Bros.
for the truck chassis at a price of $4,790.00 which was the lowest bidder. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned.
