VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
November 5, 1958
A special meeting at Trustee Meyer’s store for the purpose of considering the bids for the police car.
Members present, Meyer, Briggs, Kemper and Mayor Johnson.
A motion was made by Meyer and seconded by Kemper to buy the Plymouth from the Elk River
Motor Sales Co., theirs being the lowest bid for the sum of $2,067.00 including tax.
Carried.
Meeting adjourned.
