VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
January 19, 1959
Special meeting on January 19, 1959 for considering zoning, street naming and house numbering,
held at Lincoln school.
About thirteen were present besides the council members. Engineer Shattuck and the street naming
committee. There was some discussion about zoning, but no one voiced any objections about street
naming and house numbers.
Meeting adjourned.
