RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATION
FOR ELK RIVER YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, The Elk River Youth Hockey Association has made
application for a Premise Permit Application; and,
WHEREAS, said application is for the renewal of an existing
premise permit; and,
WHEREAS, the premise upon which the gambling will be conducted
is Broadway Bar and Pizza.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Elk River grants its approval of a Class B
Premise Permit Application to Elk River Youth Hockey
for gambling to be conducted at Broadway Bar and Pizza.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, this 1st day of October, 1990.
