RESOLUTION 90 - 55
RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ELIMINATING INDUSTRIAL
PARK DEDICATION FEES
WHEREAS, the Elk River Planning Commission has studied the need
for providing funds for park facilities versus
encouraging industrial development for tax base; and,
WHEREAS, the Elk River Planning Commission has recommended that
park dedication fees should not be charged for
industrial developments; and
WHEREAS, the Elk River City Council has considered this issue
and concurs with the Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Elk River that park dedication fees for industrial
development will not be charged.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 15th day
October, 1990.
