VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
June 26, 1942
The Village Council of the Village of Elk River met in Shadickâs Confectionary on June 26, 1942 at
6:00 P.M.
Members present:
M.C. Tesch, Pres; Frank Nickerson, E.L. Shadick, and G.A. Bailey, Trustees; J.
Clinton Walker, Clerk
To consider the application of Mary C. Garvey for a non-intoxicating malt liquor license, on and off
sale.
A motion was made by G.A. Bailey and seconded by Frank Nickerson allowing Mary C. Garvey an
on and off sale non-intoxicating malt liquor license for the term of one year. Motion carried by
unanimous vote.
No further business. Meeting adjourned.
