VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
September 5, 1942
The Village Council in special meeting accepted the resignation of J. Clinton Walker, Clerk.
Frank Nickerson made a motion to appoint Al Roeblke Clerk for the balance of term. E.L. Shadick
seconded the motion. By unanimous vote he was so appointed.
President G.A. Bailey, acting Pres. E.L. Shadick, F Nickerson, Trustee.
No further business. Meeting adjourned.
