VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING

The Village Council of the Village of Elk River met in the Municipal building the 21 day of
September 1942.
Present: Tesch, Nickerson, Shadick, Bailey, Roehlke
The Council designated Frank Nickerson to contact Bert Sweeney for reading water meters. The
Council also instructed the clerk to advise Gladys Hulbert that since she is employed, she provides
clothing at her own expense.
The following bills were approved and ordered paid.
