VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
October 19, 1942
The Village Council of the Village of Elk River met in the Municipal building.
With all members present.
A motion was made by Frank Nickerson, seconded by E.L. Shadick appointing Mrs. Kaliher, D.E.
Brown and NM Blocker judges and Mrs. Foley and Al Roehlke clerks for the coming election on
November 3. Luve??? Gren?ner, Roplle, Johnson, Henry Pfeiffer, Marcus Frank and C.N.
Lockwood were chosen for the night shift.
A motion was made by G.A. Bailey, seconded by E.L. Shadick, allowing the following liquor bills
and ordering them paid.
