RESOLUTION ~~
RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATION
FOR THE ELK RIVER JAYCEES
WHEREAS, the Elk River Jaycees have made application for a
Class B Premise Permit; and,
WHEREAS, said application is for the renewal of an existing
Premise Permit; and,
WHEREAS, the premise upon which the gambling will be conducted
is Dick's Bar.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Elk River grants its approval of a Class B
Premise Permit to the Elk River Jaycees for gambling
to be conducted at Dick's Bar.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, this 15th day of October, 1990.
