VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
November 16, 1942
The Village Council of the Village of Elk River was held in the Municipal building on November 16,
1942 with all members present.
It was moved by Frank Nickerson, seconded by G.A. Bailey and unanimously passed that mid-
monthly meetings of the Council be discontinued.
The following bills were passed and ordered paid.
