A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ORDERING THE PREPARATION
OF A PROJECT PATH REPORT IN THE MATTER OF THE
WACO STREET BRIDGE IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, the City has identified the need for a bridge over the Elk River
at Waco Street in their Capital Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, the process from initiation to completion for the construction of
a new bridge is expected to require four to five years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tre CityCounci1 of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota:
1. Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc., is hereby authorized to
prepare a Project Path Report for the proposed construction of a
new bridge over the Elk River at Waco Street.
Passed and adopted this 22ndday of October, 1990.
