VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
January 21, 1943
The Village Council of the Village of Elk River was held in the Municipal building on January 21,
1943 with the following members present M.C. Tesch, Frank Nickerson, E.L. Shadick, G.A. Bailey,
Elmer Leger, A.F. Roehlke.
Motion was made by E. L. Shadick, seconded by G.A. Bailey that annual report of treasurer be
accepted.
Moved by Elmer Leger and seconded by E.L. Shadick that attached resolution relating to sale of
Electric Power Plant in Elk River by ER Power and Light to Anoka Co. Coop Power and Light
Assoc. be accepted.
Moved by Elmer Leger, seconded by G.A. Bailey that Geo. Lyles be appointed special attorney to
handle tes? Case in connection with sale of ER Power Plant.
No further business. Meeting adjourned.
