VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
January 19, 1944
Special meeting of the Elk River Village Council was held in the Municipal building on January 19,
1944.
All members were present.
Mr. McClellan of the Northern States Power Co. met with the council. There was discussion
regarding the purchase of the local power and light distribution system by the Norther States Power
Co. but no action was taken by the council.
Motion meeting adjourned.
