RESOLUTION 90-60
RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH
BURLINGTON NORTHERN (AGREEMENT NO. 67170)
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Elk River enter into an
agreement with the Burlington Northern Railroad for the
installation and maintenance of railroad crossing signals at
the intersection of 173rd Avenue NW (MSAS 111) with the tracks
of the Burlington Northern Railroad in Elk River, Minnesota.
The City's share of the cost shall be 100% of the total signal
cost.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized to execute said agreement for
and on behalf of the City.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River
this 5th day of November, 1990.
