SPECIAL MEETING VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
July 24, 1944
A Special meeting of the Elk River Village Council was held in the Municipal building on July 24,
1944.
All members were present.
Mr. Neill McLaughlin, accountant was present at the meeting and the Council decided to have him
close the books of the municipal liquor store and set up a new system of bookkeeping.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
