SPECIAL MEETING VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
August 21, 1944
Special meeting of the Elk River Village Council was held in the Municipal building on August 21,
1944
The matter of the resignation of Fred Billing was brought up. Motioned by Leger and seconded by
Kramer that resignation of Fred Billing be accepted. Motion carried.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
